Key Responsibilities
- Log, categorize, prioritize, and track IT incidents.
- Coordinate with IT Support, Network, Store Operations, and resolver teams.
- Monitor incident progress and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
- Communicate incident updates to affected users and stakeholders.
- Escalate incidents at risk of SLA breach to the Incident Manager.
- Maintain accurate incident records and ITSM documentation.
- Support incident reporting, trend analysis, and problem management activities.
Requirements
- Diploma in Information Technology (IT) or a related field.
- Good English communication skills.
- Previous experience in IT Support or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- Available to work on a full-time basis.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
