IT Support Manager

The company is seeking a driven IT Support Manager to join our Fulfillment & Operations IT team, ensuring that our busy Fulfillment Centers operate smoothly. These facilities are 24/7 production environments, managing a vast, fast-moving inventory of products. Your team will be responsible for resolving complex hardware, software, server, and infrastructure issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure high standards in IT maintenance work and troubleshooting, adhering to all the company policies and guidelines, especially regarding IT and Health & Safety.
• Lead coordination of trouble tickets and change management to meet strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Manage IT project tasks and ensure effective reporting and internal customer satisfaction.
• Oversee the development and management of the IT budget throughout its lifecycle.
• Inspire continuous improvement of IT team processes and initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Understanding of core internet technologies (e.g., DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP).
• Cisco experience and certifications.
• Certifications in Unix/Linux and/or Microsoft Windows system support.
• Previous help desk or technical support experience.
• ITIL and Prince2 certifications are advantageous.
