You will be a key part of a multinational diverse team, focused on delivering high-quality results and continuously seeking improvements. The IT Operation team supports the IT Infrastructure at each of the Amazon sites.

Location: Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Work Conditions: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all IT equipment and infrastructure is running at optimal performance, meeting departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Install, maintain, and support IT equipment.
  • Manage assets and inventory while liaising with 3rd party vendors and suppliers.
  • Communicate technical issues and Amazon standards clearly to contractors or external suppliers.
  • Maximize availability of all IT equipment and infrastructure through continuous improvement and preventative maintenance.
  • Provide technical support for site and team projects and initiatives.
  • Conduct end-user equipment trials and testing.
  • Assist senior engineers as required.
  • Work in shifts and support occasional changes in working hours.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of corporate Windows, Mac, or Linux Operating systems support experience.
  • Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems.
  • Experience maintaining Zebra thermal printers and troubleshooting thin clients, PCs, scanners, and portable handheld terminals.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware (installation), AWS, or other industry-relevant certifications.
  • Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service.
