Job Description
- Create, follow-up, and finalize the resolution of IT tickets within the SLA based on incidents and problem management for desktop and services tickets (analysis, definition, support, solutions, improvement suggestion, and more)
- Responsible for the IMAC services
- Monitor and prioritize ticketed requests based on status, updates, and escalations
- Respond in a timely manner to services issues and requests from users within the SLA
- Knowledge of basic network troubleshoot
- Knowledge of basic computer and network security
- Knowledge of basic server room tasks and standards such as testing, cabling, device managements, and support the network team to do remote troubleshoots and changes
- Installation of hardware and software in computer devices and application for iOS devices
- Well organized regular documentation for software, hardware, and tools
- Hardware and software technical Asset Management (including recharging) in relevant tools
- Participating in possible new IT roll-outs projects
- IT tool (e.g. MS365) and service consultancy to the customers
- Resolve technical issues in a timely manner using available resources within the company
- Maintain the IT Orders, follow up with suppliers to ensure will meet the deadline
- Communicate with external service providers whenever needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related field
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, time management, ability to work under pressure, flexible to adapt with changes, and enjoy working in a multicultural environment
- Excellent customer service and communications skills for either face-to-face or remote customers
- Willing to learn the new tools, technology, and standards based on projects, tasks, and roles
- Proficiency in Windows Operating Systems, Client Software, Hardware IT equipment, MS365 for using and user support, and basic Server and Network Knowledge
- Can work individually and within the Middle East team with the highest collaboration
- Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus
