Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist users with troubleshooting technical problems related to hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Respond to support requests via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring a prompt and professional service experience.
  • Document and track support incidents and their resolutions in the ticketing system to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment such as PCs, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Provide user training and support on various systems and applications as necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve support processes.
  • Stay current with emerging technology trends to ensure effective support and recommendations.
  • Participate in IT projects to enhance system capabilities and operations.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in technical support or IT help desk roles.
  • Strong understanding of computer systems, software applications, and operating systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting a variety of software and hardware issues.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
