Responsibilities:

  • Offer first- and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues. Troubleshoot problems reported by users and escalate complex issues when needed.
  • Monitor and manage network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points. Identify and resolve network performance issues.
  • Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment, including computers, printers, and servers.
  • Install, update, and configure software applications, ensuring proper software licensing.
  • Manage Active Directory objects, such as user accounts and permissions.
  • Administer Windows and Linux-based systems, maintaining optimal system performance through regular updates and patches.
  • Document solutions to common problems and maintain a knowledge base for internal use.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, with a focus on networking, Windows systems, and Linux administration.
  • Strong understanding of network concepts, including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and VPN.
  • Proficiency in Windows Server environments, including Active Directory and PowerShell scripting.
  • Hands-on experience with Linux systems (e.g., Ubuntu, CentOS, Red Hat).
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer-centric approach with a positive attitude.
  • Availability to work shifts (including nights, weekends, and legal holidays).
