What You Will Do
- Set up work devices and accounts for new team members, and manage device recovery when employees leave.
- Solve the team’s day-to-day IT issues in person and online.
- Manage access to company tools and maintain accurate records of who has access to what.
- Implement basic security measures, including updates, backups, and password/two-factor authentication settings.
- Keep an inventory of devices and licenses, reporting on this every month.
What We Need
- Minimum qualification: a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Based in Riyadh, or willing to relocate to Riyadh.
- 1+ year of experience in IT support or help desk. Graduates in IT or computer science without direct experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Good knowledge of Windows and macOS, iPhone and Android operating systems, and Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 applications.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English, spoken and written.
Pay and Terms
- Total monthly salary ranges from SAR 7,000 to SAR 10,000 (including basic salary and allowances), dependent on experience.
- Full-time position based on-site at our Riyadh office; working days, hours, and annual leave are in accordance with Saudi Labour Law.
- Health insurance and GOSI registration are provided as required by Saudi law.
How We Select

- Shortlisted candidates will participate in a 30-minute troubleshooting exercise using the company on our test account (no personal account is needed).
- Final interviews will be held in Riyadh, with results communicated to each interviewed candidate within 30 days.
