Responsibilities:
- Visit customer data centers for rack mounting and troubleshooting of devices.
- Cable devices according to industry standards.
- Be available for service windows 24/7 for both planned and unplanned activities based on business requirements.
- Upgrade software on security devices.
- Provide accurate reporting of tasks to project and direct managers.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in information security or IT-related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in working with IT security devices.
- Knowledge of rack mounting devices.
- Excellent, accent-free communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Strong documentation and diagramming skills.
- Excellent organizational skills in enterprise support.
- Understanding of information security concepts and related technology.
- Strong background in TCP/IP networking of large-scale organizations.
