Help AG is seeking a talented and experienced IT Support Technician responsible for connecting cables, rack mounting, upgrading, and troubleshooting IT security devices. Responsibilities:

  • Visit customer data centers for rack mounting and troubleshooting of devices.
  • Cable devices according to industry standards.
  • Be available for service windows 24/7 for both planned and unplanned activities based on business requirements.
  • Upgrade software on security devices.
  • Provide accurate reporting of tasks to project and direct managers.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information security or IT-related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in working with IT security devices.
  • Knowledge of rack mounting devices.
  • Excellent, accent-free communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Strong documentation and diagramming skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills in enterprise support.
  • Understanding of information security concepts and related technology.
  • Strong background in TCP/IP networking of large-scale organizations.
  • Flexible work approach based on job requirements.
  • Ability to identify new work areas and set new goals.
  • Outstanding customer handling, friendly and goal-oriented demeanor.
  • Capacity to communicate complex business processes clearly.
