Work Conditions
- Working in shifts (including weekends)
- Supporting occasional changes in working hours
Responsibilities
- Provide a 1st support service ensuring all IT equipment and infrastructure is running to optimum performance
- Meet departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Take ownership of health & safety, ensuring compliance with Amazon policies
- Install, maintain, and support IT equipment
- Manage asset and inventory
- Liaise with 3rd party vendors and suppliers for efficient asset management
- Maximize availability of all IT equipment through continuous improvement and preventative maintenance
- Provide technical support and input to site and team projects
- Conduct end user equipment trials and testing
- Assist senior engineers as required
Basic Qualifications
- CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware (installation), AWS, or other industry relevant certifications
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems
