Position

The company is looking for a talented and experienced IT Support Technician who will be responsible for maintaining the company’s infrastructure and ensuring continuity of business operations for its employees. The technician plays a key role in the smooth running of the company’s IT endpoints and supports employees with their devices. This position includes growth opportunities in supporting and maintaining the core IT infrastructures of the company, which encompasses operational checks, validations, and necessary remediations of any identified issues.

Location: Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Support the company end users and resolve tickets/report issues.
  • Prepare new equipment, including asset tagging, assignment, and tracking.
  • Create new users and manage user onboarding/offboarding.
  • Monitor hardware and software stock levels and place order requests.
  • Maintain endpoint security, software updates, and patching.
  • Generate monthly Endpoint Health Check Reports.
  • Ensure correct security features and licensing are enabled for the company employees.
  • Respond to on-site incidents in the company’s offices.
  • Monitor and maintain configuration backups of infrastructure components.
  • Address SOC alerts and reported incidents with appropriate remedial action.
  • Perform monthly infrastructure health check reports.
  • Maintain and review the company’s asset register.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information security or IT-related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in IT support and resolving user-reported IT requests.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Active Directory and Domains.
  • Proficient in Office365, Exchange Online, and Azure AD.
  • Experience in maintaining endpoint operating systems and troubleshooting hardware/software issues.
  • Good understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS).
  • Familiarity with information security concepts and related technologies.
  • Microsoft certification and other infrastructure technology certifications are preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and knowledge of ITIL processes.
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Ability to work independently and within a team, manage sensitive data, and remain composed in high-pressure situations.
