IT System Support - Intune

About the Role
We are currently seeking an IT System Support professional for our operations in Qatar. This role is essential in maintaining the internal infrastructure and ensuring smooth functioning of IT services across the organization.

Key Accountabilities

• Maintain internal infrastructure requirements including laptop and desktop computers, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, and phones.
• Support security updates and management of internet, intranet, LANs, WANs, and network segments.
• Provide support for Microsoft 365 environments and familiarize with Active Directory and Microsoft Intune.
• Employ basic understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, and Wi-Fi.
• Troubleshoot issues related to Windows 11 administration.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 Administration
• Familiarity with Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM)
• Experience with Active Directory Users & Computers
• Knowledge of Azure Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Capable in Windows 11 Support
• Experienced in Endpoint Patching & Updates

Joining Time Frame
The expected joining time frame is 2 weeks, with a maximum of 1 month.
