IT System Support - Intune

About the Role
We are currently seeking an IT System Support professional to enhance our Qatar operations. This role focuses on maintaining and supporting our internal infrastructure, ensuring smooth functionality across various systems and network segments.

Key Accountabilities:

• Maintain internal infrastructure requirements including:
  • Laptop and desktop computers
  • Servers
  • Routers, switches, and firewalls
  • Printers and phones
  • Security updates
• Support internet, intranet, LANs, WANs, and network segments

Technical Skills Required:

• Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Intune
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi)
• Experience with Windows 11 administration and troubleshooting
• Microsoft 365 Administration
• Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM)
• Active Directory Users & Computers
• Azure Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Windows 11 Support
• Endpoint Patching & Updates

Joining Time Frame:

• 2 weeks (maximum of 1 month)
