IT Systems Support Specialist

The company is currently hiring for an IT Systems Support Specialist to provide IT support services to task order support personnel. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day operational maintenance, support, and upgrades for operating systems, workstations, and other Government Furnished Equipment (GFE).

Responsibilities:

• Provide maintenance, support, and upgrades for operating systems and workstations.
• Perform software installations and upgrades to operating systems and layered software packages.
• Schedule installations and upgrades, maintaining them in accordance with established IT policies and procedures.
• Monitor and tune systems to achieve optimal performance levels.
• Ensure workstation/server data integrity by evaluating, implementing, and managing appropriate software and hardware solutions.
• Implement a schedule of system backups and database archive operations to ensure data/media recoverability.
• Conduct hardware and software audits of workstations and servers to ensure compliance with established standards, policies, and configuration guidelines.
• Promote and implement standard operating procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with 2-5 years of experience.
• Minimum of four (4) years of direct military experience in associated functional tasks, or ten (10) years of combined military and civilian experience.
• Candidates must be Saudi nationals.

Salary Range:
USD $62,000.00 - USD $77,000.00 per year.
