Responsibilities:
- Provide maintenance, support, and upgrades for operating systems and workstations.
- Perform software installations and upgrades to operating systems and layered software packages.
- Schedule installations and upgrades, maintaining them in accordance with established IT policies and procedures.
- Monitor and tune systems to achieve optimal performance levels.
- Ensure workstation/server data integrity by evaluating, implementing, and managing appropriate software and hardware solutions.
- Implement a schedule of system backups and database archive operations to ensure data/media recoverability.
- Conduct hardware and software audits of workstations and servers to ensure compliance with established standards, policies, and configuration guidelines.
- Promote and implement standard operating procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 2-5 years of experience.
- Minimum of four (4) years of direct military experience in associated functional tasks, or ten (10) years of combined military and civilian experience.
- Candidates must be Saudi nationals.
Salary Range:
USD $62,000.00 - USD $77,000.00 per year.
