As a Team Lead, you will mentor and lead a team of 7, guiding the development of essential services, ensuring code quality, and overseeing seamless integration of services. You will collaborate closely with Customer Relations, Trading, Billing, and Compliance teams, optimizing team performance in a flexible Agile/Scrum environment. The role requires a proactive leader passionate about technical excellence and people management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of developers and QA engineers.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of robust, scalable, and maintainable microservices.
- Ensure code quality through coding standards, code reviews, and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate to define technical requirements and architecture.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of proven team leadership experience in software development.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Golang development and building high-load scalable applications.
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, and related tools.
- Experience with microservices, monitoring, containerization, and orchestration technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proficient in Agile methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- English proficiency at B1 level and fluency in Russian (C1).
