We are seeking a Golang Team Lead to join our Core Platform Team. This team consists of experienced senior developers focused on supporting and evolving core microservices used by Quadcode's product teams. As a Team Lead, you will mentor and guide a team of 7 developers and QA engineers, managing the entire development process, ensuring code quality, and overseeing seamless integration of services. You will collaborate closely with Customer Relations, Trading, Billing, and Compliance teams, facilitating an Agile/Scrum environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of developers and QA engineers, driving the team's success and collaboration.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of robust, scalable, and maintainable microservices.
- Ensure code quality by implementing standards, conducting code reviews, and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to define technical requirements and architecture for new features/services.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies to recommend improvements.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Team Lead or in a similar leadership role in software development.
- At least 5 years of expertise in Golang development, particularly in building high-load, scalable applications.
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, and related tools.
- Experience with microservices, monitoring, containerization, and orchestration technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including Scrum or SAFe.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to manage, mentor, and develop talent within the team.
- English proficiency at a B1 level (ability to read technical documentation and communicate with international teams).
- Fluency in Russian (at least C1).
