Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership & Delivery:
- Plan, execute, and deliver the migration project successfully.
- Drive cross-functional technical teams to achieve project milestones.
- Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and issues for successful delivery.

Stakeholder & Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Manage expectations through effective communication.
- Serve as the link between technical teams, vendors, and business users.

Financial & Governance:
- Oversee financial tracking and expense approvals, ensuring alignment with budgets.
- Approve Project Operating Reports (POR) for leadership visibility.
- Provide timely updates, financial forecasts, and reports to management and clients.

Communication & Reporting:
- Maintain clear and consistent project communications.
- Present project health, risks, and progress during reviews.
- Conduct daily progress calls with clients and maintain regular reports.
- Document project plans, change requests, and closure reports.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 8–10 years of IT project management experience, including 3–5 years leading cloud migration or infrastructure transformation projects.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and on-premises infrastructure.
- Proven expertise in budget tracking, financial reporting, and vendor management.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid) and MS Project.
- Strong problem-solving and deadline-driven abilities.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or AWS/Azure Cloud certifications are a plus.
