Puffy is looking for a talented IT Technician or IT Support Technician to support the Puffy team with any IT Technical issues. This person will maintain the computer and network systems of our organization. Your duties will include troubleshooting and diagnosing computer hardware and software issues, setting up computer networks, and assisting employees and customers with IT-related problems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for IT support within the company.
- Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware components of computers and network systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues effectively.
- Assist in the setup and support of printer and copier problems.
- Repair and replace damaged computer and network components.
- Install and update antivirus and firewall software for enhanced security.
- Provide ongoing support to individuals encountering computer and network-related challenges.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in IT support or IT technician roles.
- Cisco Certified Technician (CCT) certification.
- Associate degree or advanced apprenticeship in Computer Science or related disciplines.
- Proficiency in Windows, Mac, Linux, and UNIX operating systems.
- Practical experience with internet and network security protocols.
- Strong problem-solving and technical documentation skills.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities.
Experience with the following is a plus:
- Knowledge of JumpCloud directory platform for user and device management, including experience in managing user identities, SSO integration, and system management.
- Familiarity with SentinelOne endpoint protection platform, including experience in deploying, configuring, and managing advanced threat detection and response solutions.
