As an IT Technician, you will lead the design, implementation, and management of the company’s IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business goals, operational efficiency, and system security. Key Responsibilities: - Provide on-site technical support for restaurants and Cloud Kitchens, covering POS systems, printers, networks, CCTV cameras, laptops, and other IT equipment. - Conduct routine maintenance checks to prevent technical issues and ensure systems are fully operational. - Install and configure hardware and software, including POS terminals and network devices, based on operational needs. - Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly to minimize operational downtime. - Maintain accurate documentation of service calls, repairs, installations, and system configurations. - Communicate with restaurant staff and managers to assess IT issues and deliver timely solutions. - Offer basic training and support to staff on using IT systems and applications. - Escalate unresolved technical problems to the relevant internal teams while providing interim workarounds. - Travel between multiple sites as needed and respond to emergency support requests during operational hours.
Qualifications: - Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, preferably in field service, hospitality, or F&B environments. - Proficient in troubleshooting POS systems, printers, basic network setups (LAN/Wi-Fi), CCTV, and end-user devices. - Working knowledge of Windows (Linux is a plus). - Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; able to commute between locations regularly. - Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a solution-focused mindset. - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple support tickets effectively. - Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, based on operational needs.
