As an IT Technician, you will lead the design, implementation, and management of the company’s IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business goals and maintaining system security. Your responsibilities will include providing on-site support for restaurants and cloud kitchens, covering IT equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site technical support for POS systems, printers, networks, CCTV cameras, laptops, and other IT equipment.
  • Conduct routine maintenance checks and install/configure hardware and software based on operational needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
  • Maintain documentation of service calls, repairs, installations, and configurations.
  • Communicate with staff to assess IT issues and deliver solutions.
  • Provide training and escalate unresolved problems to internal teams.
  • Travel between multiple sites as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, preferably in field service or hospitality environments.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting POS systems, printers, basic network setups (LAN/Wi-Fi), and CCTV.
  • Working knowledge of Windows (Linux is a plus).
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; able to commute between locations regularly.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
