Job Description:
The successful candidate will possess proficiency with ATM Switches (Base24 EPS), ISO messages and data structures, as well as Visa and MasterCard interfaces. Key responsibilities include:

  • In-depth knowledge of debit, credit, and pre-paid cards, issuing and acquiring payments, switching and transaction routing, merchant management, ATMs, POS terminals, and banking kiosks.
  • Expertise in ATMs (NCR, Diebold) and ATM message protocols (NDC, IFX, ATM web interfaces), cash deposit machines, cash recyclers, ATM flow and state management, and ATM experience management (NCR Connections, Aptra Activate, Wincor Proflex, anti-skimming technology, HSM [Thales, Safenet], and key management).
  • Knowledge of smart and non-smart card solutions, Chip Payment (EMV) technology, and EMV developments and trends.
  • Understanding of MasterCard/Visa payment systems specifications, ISO message interfaces, file handling, and security key management.
  • Familiarity with payment gateway systems and solutions, including 3D Secure/SecureCode specifications and interfaces.
  • Insight into ATM/EFTPOS terminals, secure communications, and solutions, as well as Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards.

Required Skills:

  • Responsible for SLA management and KPI monitoring.
  • Follow-up with vendors and external partners regarding issues and resolutions.
  • Coordinate and assist internal teams with hardening, patching, upgrades, and scheduled maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot critical issues and communicate any customer-impacting issues to the line manager and concerned teams.
  • Provide support to the project team on relevant work and assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for assigned systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
