IT Trainee

About the Role
As a technical support specialist, you will provide technical support to users, diagnose and resolve technical issues, and perform hardware maintenance while following up on device issues. This position is an excellent opportunity for IT or Computer Science students or fresh graduates looking to build a foundation in the IT field.

Requirements

• IT or Computer Science student or fresh graduate
• Basic knowledge of laptop maintenance and repair, handling computers and printers, operating systems, and technical troubleshooting
• Foundation in hardware, Windows, and networking basics
• Background in cloud infrastructure fundamentals (Microsoft Azure, AWS, or OCI)
• Understanding of infrastructure basics (servers, storage, and networking)
• Good IT troubleshooting skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Good command of English (reading, writing, and communication)
• Willingness to learn and develop skills
• Ability to work in a team and handle work pressure
• Fast learner with strong communication skills
• Professional IT certifications are preferred (not mandatory)
