Position

  • Responsibilities:
    • Provide system and business level support, including troubleshooting and managing applications and solutions within Nespresso infrastructure and application portfolio.
    • Ensure the smooth running of Nespresso proprietary applications and solutions within the geographical scope.
  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Information Systems.
    • Previous experience as IT Helpdesk or IT Project Coordinator.
    • Previous experience in Troubleshooting.
    • Certifications in CompTIA A+ and Network+.
