Key Responsibilities:
- Design ITS infrastructure (Dry Utility) in Civil 3D under the supervision of the Senior Engineer.
- Utilize effective computer skills with a proficient knowledge of Microsoft Windows and related software.
- Demonstrate expertise in the usage and management of Common Data Environment (CDE) for model production.
- Design dry utilities using AutoCAD Civil 3D; candidates with wet utilities design background will also be considered.
- Exhibit proficiency in software packages and workflows associated with BIM specialization.
- Apply various modeling principles, techniques, and analyses to enhance project outcomes.
- Communicate effectively on technical and non-technical subjects related to modeling.
- Interface with other departments to coordinate work assignments and ensure project alignment.
- Perform clash analysis and resolve conflicts as directed by the Engineer.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff, fostering their development.
Required Skills:
- Diploma in a relevant discipline; Bachelor’s Degree is an advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years of related work experience in BIM.
- Certification in drafting or BIM software from providers such as Autodesk, Bentley Systems, etc., is highly desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows and related software.
- Knowledge of Common Data Environment usage and management for model production.
- Proficiency in software packages and workflows associated with BIM specialization.
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
Language Requirements:
Good communication skills in English are required.
