The company is seeking a talented ITS Engineer to support the Resident Engineer in all administrative, technical, and operational aspects of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS). This includes overseeing design input, ensuring specification compliance, and managing the deployment, testing, and integration of ITS elements such as RVDS, Bluetooth sensors, CCTV, DMS, and related components. The role encompasses reviewing and approving FSDDs, test plans, shop drawings, and material submissions while ensuring contractor compliance with contract documents. Responsibilities also include coordinating with various disciplines, monitoring safety and workmanship, preparing documentation, assisting with change order evaluations, and verifying as-built documentation for proper implementation and handover of all ITS works.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support and supervise ITS design input, specification compliance, installation, testing, and integration across major infrastructure projects.
- Review and approve integration and systems test plans and provide recommendations to senior specialists.
- Ensure contractor compliance with contract documents and inspect all workmanship and materials.
- Coordinate with other contractors and attend all ITS-related meetings, preparing written minutes for distribution.
- Maintain accurate documentation of approvals, changes, correspondence, and photographic records.
- Provide oversight for systems testing and manage final inspections, ensuring completion of punch lists prior to handover.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as an Engineer.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communications, Computer Engineering, Civil Engineering (with ITS experience), or a related field.
- Strong understanding of ITS technologies (including CCTV, RVDS, Bluetooth, DMS, etc.) and fiber optic networks.
- Proficiency in CAD, GIS, and other design tools, with knowledge of NTCIP, ONVIF, IP networking, and cybersecurity principles.
- Exceptional coordination and stakeholder management skills with strong communication abilities (written and verbal).
- Experience in ITS/SCADA deployment within tunnels is a plus. CCNA Certification is also advantageous.
Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages may be beneficial.
