ITSM Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement robust ITSM frameworks conducive to operational excellence
• Oversee key IT Service Management processes including incident, problem, and change management
• Work with diverse teams to assess and enhance IT service delivery effectiveness
• Analyze service performance metrics and implement improvement initiatives
• Provide expert guidance and training on ITSM tools and processes
• Ensure all ITSM documentation is up-to-date and reflects current practices and policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in IT service management roles
• Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices in IT service delivery
• Experience with ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration
• Proven ability to develop concise documentation and reports
• Status of certifications such as ITIL v3 or higher is advantageous
• Project management skills are a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
