Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the IVVQ strategy and plans in alignment with project goals and requirements.
- Ensure that requirements are traceable and testable with stakeholder engagement to capture and validate them.
- Establish processes for verification and validation to ensure products meet specifications and user needs.
- Create comprehensive test plans detailing strategies, methodologies, resources, and schedules.
- Lead and manage the IVVQ team, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Collaborate with Development, Project Management, and Quality Assurance teams to synchronize activities.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality policies.
- Define work package baselines including scope, deliverables, and technical KPIs.
- Prepare development strategy and provide insights to stakeholders through reporting.
- Manage solution integration verification validation & qualification activities.
- Provide technical leadership to the project team to deliver IVVQ solutions on time and within quality standards.
- Define work breakdown structure for IVVQ activities and strategies.
- Maintain documentation of technical interfaces and assumptions throughout project delivery.
- Represent System IVVQ Engineering in Design Reviews to minimize design risks.
- Implement best practices, processes, and tools in IVVQ.
- Liaise with customers and consortium partners on technical matters.
- Optimize resource costs through effective strategies and automation.
- Establish change control processes and participate in configuration management.
Work Experience Requirements
- 12+ years in Systems Engineering lifecycle activities, including 5 years in IVVQ management.
- Experience in system design and technical leadership.
- Strong understanding of integration and qualification standards.
- Proven ability to develop plans, schedules, and resource strategies for IVVQ.
- Hands-on experience in IVVQ in complex environments.
- Background in requirements validation, testing, and performance verification.
- Integrated experience is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS).
- Familiarity with testing tools: Test Automation (Selenium, Jenkins) and Defect Tracking (Jira, HP ALM).
