Java and React Expert

The company is seeking a Java and React expert with 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering and technical leadership. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading development teams and delivering mission-critical applications in banking or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Lead development teams and deliver applications by overseeing all aspects of software engineering.
• Conduct low-level design, hands-on coding, and technical reviews across backend and frontend stacks.
• Build modular, reusable components and full-stack applications with a strong focus on API-first development.

Requirements

• Deep hands-on expertise in backend technologies and strong working knowledge of frontend technologies, including React.js, Angular, Flutter, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with cloud-native development, DevOps practices, and modern engineering tooling.
• Familiarity with Azure (preferred) and AWS for application development and deployment, as well as containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

DevOps & Engineering Practices

• Strong experience in CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like GitHub Actions and Terraform.
• Champion engineering best practices focusing on code quality, security, scalability, reusability, and maintainability.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to AI/ML model integration and collaboration with data science teams on model deployment.
• Knowledge of GSO security principles and secure coding practices to support security reviews and compliance alignment.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Proven ability to mentor engineers and drive technical excellence while collaborating with solution architects, product owners, and business analysts.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with cross-functional teams and technical stakeholders.
