As a Java Back End Engineer, you'll be at the heart of our engineering process, building scalable, high-performance systems that support the backbone of our CRM solution. Collaborating with a team of talented engineers, product managers, and UX designers, you'll develop innovative features that meet our users' needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement robust backend services in Java, optimizing for scalability and efficiency.
- Contribute to the development of our microservices architecture, ensuring high reliability and seamless integration across services.
- Work closely with the front-end team to define APIs and integrate backend services with our web and mobile platforms.
- Participate in code reviews, maintain high coding standards, and contribute to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Knowledgeable in database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) with a solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.
