Java Developer - Bank

About the Role
We are currently seeking a proficient Java Developer to join our operations in Qatar. This role demands an individual with extensive experience in Java and related technologies, particularly within the banking domain.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Apache Camel.
• Implement DB integration using JPA.
• Utilize integration patterns to enhance system interoperability and efficiency.
• Work with payment gateways and ensure robust transaction processing.
• Collaborate with the development team to manage version control and ensure code quality using GIT.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience with JAVA/Spring Boot and Apache Camel.
• Strong professional knowledge of Java language and familiarity with its latest features.
• Experience with Spring Boot 3.2 or above, JPA, and database integration.
• Proven experience in at least 2 projects utilizing Apache Camel, particularly with JDBC and payment gateways.
• Understanding of various integration patterns relevant to banking applications.
• Solid working knowledge of GIT for version control.
• Prior experience in the banking industry is mandatory.
