Java Developer - Financial Credit Risk Control

As a Java Developer focusing on Financial Credit Risk Control, you will be involved in designing, developing, and iterating Java-based credit risk systems throughout their full lifecycle — from pre-loan to in-loan and post-loan scenarios. Your work will be crucial in mitigating credit, fraud, and compliance risks while ensuring adherence to CBIRC/PBOC regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build Java-based credit risk systems to support credit applications, line reviews, and overdue collection.
• Design high-availability APIs with specified response times for peak concurrency.
• Utilize Java ecosystems like Spring Boot/Cloud and prevent duplicate loans through stable microservices.
• Translate risk rules and scoring models into Java code effectively.
• Develop a dynamic rule platform and optimize its efficiency.
• Integrate ML models as RESTful APIs for real-time scoring and connect to various financial data sources.
• Create real-time dashboards and handle compliance and security aspects, including data protection and regulatory audits.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or FinTech.
• Minimum of 3 years of backend development experience, with at least 1.5 years in financial credit risk.
• Proficiency in Java (JDK 11+) and familiarity with frameworks such as Spring Boot/Cloud.
• Experience in designing high-availability microservices and knowledge of financial security standards.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with bank/fintech core credit systems, ML model engineering, or certifications related to finance.

Language Requirements:

• Proficiency in English is required.
