Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of an advanced order management system for mobile telecom products.
- Drive the migration of legacy systems to a microservices architecture, enhancing scalability and reliability.
- Integrate AI tools and intelligent agents to automate workflows and optimize order processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and implement best practices.
- Ensure seamless integration with existing platforms and third-party services, maintaining data integrity and security.
- Monitor and evaluate system performance, identifying areas for improvement and leveraging emerging technologies.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in Java, J2EE, and related technologies.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to other teams and stakeholders as needed.
Qualifications:
- UAE National
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Java Developer.
- Proficient in Java 8, J2EE, GitHub, AWS or Azure.
- Proven hands-on experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms.
- Proficiency in Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, with a deep understanding of common design patterns.
- Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL, and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate).
- Experience with the Spring Framework and developing web applications using popular web frameworks (JSF, Wicket, GWT, Spring MVC).
- Familiarity with test-driven development practices and experience in team leading and implementation planning.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently, as well as collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
