Role: Production Support Engineer
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of Core Java/J2EE
- Familiarity with Unix and Windows OS
- Experience with Oracle, including PL/SQL
- Understanding of functional specifications and design documents
- Exposure to the banking domain
Responsibilities:
- Engage in Production Support and root cause investigations, recommending actions for permanent fixes and potential workarounds.
- Implement proactive methods for identifying issues and possess proficiency in Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Review, and Deployments.
- Work with GraphQL and adhere to CI/CD principles, troubleshooting issues in a distributed services ecosystem.
- Understand containerization technologies, particularly Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with API gateway integrations (e.g., 3Scale) and authentication mechanisms (e.g., Single-Sign-on, JWT, oAuth).
- Expert knowledge of task/message queues, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, Pushpin, and Kafka.
- Proficient in writing tested, idiomatic, and documented JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
