- Cloud & Platform Migration: Manage on-premise and cloud-based migrations (AWS, Azure, GCP) to guarantee scalability and security.
- Cloud-Native Architectures: Implement architectures using Docker and Kubernetes for optimal performance.
- Feasibility Analysis & Project Lifecycle: Guide projects through feasibility studies, design, documentation, implementation, user training, and post-launch enhancements.
- Solution Design & Validation: Collaborate with teams to design scalable solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, digital transformation, and enterprise software development, focusing on banking and financial services.
- Proven experience in cloud architecture, application containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and platform migrations.
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Leadership skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
Desirable Skills:
- Certifications in AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of security and compliance standards within the financial and payments sector.
