Java Technical Lead

We are seeking an experienced Technology Subject Matter Expert (SME) to facilitate the delivery and implementation of a Corporate Credit Application Processing System. This role requires a strong technical background, hands-on expertise in modern technology stacks, and the ability to drive end-to-end IT solutions for corporate credit processing. The candidate should have experience in managing complex systems implementation and delivery, along with a proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable, and efficient solutions.

Work Conditions: Hybrid, Full-time

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 8+ years in IT development, IT delivery, and implementation roles; 3+ years in a leadership role, facilitating and leading development teams and projects.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong coding experience with Java, SpringBoot, SQL/PL SQL, and REST APIs.
  • Experience in designing and building headless BPM integrations (OpenText BPM).
  • Proficiency in Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipeline management.
  • Expertise in solution architecture and integrations design.
  • Solid understanding of database management and optimization (SQL and Oracle).
  • Strong skills in devops implementation (Azure repos, branching strategies, Azure pipelines, automated testing, etc.).
  • Expertise in data integration workflows using Control-M or SAP BODS.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and capabilities in leading stakeholders and development teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Familiarity with corporate credit processes and workflows.
