Key Requirements:
- Experience: 8+ years in IT development, IT delivery, and implementation roles; 3+ years in a leadership role, facilitating and leading development teams and projects.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong coding experience with Java, SpringBoot, SQL/PL SQL, and REST APIs.
- Experience in designing and building headless BPM integrations (OpenText BPM).
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipeline management.
- Expertise in solution architecture and integrations design.
- Solid understanding of database management and optimization (SQL and Oracle).
- Strong skills in devops implementation (Azure repos, branching strategies, Azure pipelines, automated testing, etc.).
- Expertise in data integration workflows using Control-M or SAP BODS.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and capabilities in leading stakeholders and development teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in the banking or financial services industry.
- Familiarity with corporate credit processes and workflows.
