JR ENGINEER

About the Role
This position involves ensuring a comprehensive understanding of departmental systems, procedures, and operational standards to develop core technical knowledge. The role entails assisting in both offshore and onshore project activities while performing tasks of increasing complexity to build operational capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure understanding of departmental systems, procedures, and operational standards in order to develop core technical knowledge.
• Assist in offshore and onshore project activities and perform assigned tasks of increasing complexity in order to build operational capability.
• Attend technical training programs and courses to acquire discipline-specific skills and knowledge.
• Support senior engineers in executing complex assignments to understand construction methodologies and operational practices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, Code of Conduct, Integrity Policy, and HSE standards to maintain safe working practices.
• Participate in meetings, mobilizations, and site briefings as directed to develop awareness of project execution processes.
• Undertake orientation and familiarization programs to understand company procedures, systems, and methodologies.
