JR FIELD ENGINEER

About the Role
This position offers a unique opportunity for individuals to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry. The role focuses on on-the-job training and progressively complex tasks as the individual gains experience. Participants will engage in work group discussions, attend training courses, and adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards. The position involves assisting Field Engineers, Construction Engineers, and Superintendents, while learning significant aspects of all construction crafts as well as planning and job coordination.

Responsibilities

• Engage in on-the-job training.
• Undertake progressively more complex tasks with experience.
• Participate in work group discussions.
• Attend training courses as required.
• Ensure compliance with HSE Standards.
• Assist Field Engineers, Construction Engineers, and Superintendents.
• Learn salient aspects of all construction crafts.
• Gain knowledge in planning and job coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering.
• No prior offshore experience required.
• Proficiency in English.
• Willingness to work onshore and offshore.
• Good communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for learning through hands-on experience on offshore barges.
