About the Role
The position involves developing core technical knowledge and understanding of departmental systems, procedures, and operational standards. The successful candidate will assist in offshore and onshore project activities, performing assigned tasks of increasing complexity to build operational capability.

• Attend technical training programs and courses to acquire discipline-specific skills and knowledge.
• Support senior engineers in executing complex assignments to understand construction methodologies and operational practices.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards and practices.
