Junior Analyst II Information Security

This position is for a Junior Analyst II in Information Security, suitable for fresh graduates eager to begin their careers in a dynamic field. The role is based in Dubai, UAE, and is a full-time opportunity.

Essential Job Functions include supporting security assessments, audits, and vulnerability scans, assisting in generating reports and recommendations. The analyst will monitor security events and incidents, escalating issues as required and contributing to containment efforts. This role also involves helping implement security policies and standards, collaborating with the security team on documentation and process improvement, and participating in incident response activities. The successful candidate will begin to familiarize themselves with security trends and best practices and support security awareness training initiatives, displaying a strong desire to learn and grow in the security field.

Basic qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience, typically with at least 1+ years of relevant work experience. Ideal candidates will be proficient in information security and risk assessment and should be continuous learners who stay updated with industry knowledge and technology. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, or equivalent are considered a plus.
