Junior Associate — Corporate & Commercial

About the Role
We are seeking a Junior Associate to join our Saudi practice, where you will support senior lawyers on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters for clients operating in the Kingdom. This role offers early responsibility for drafting and direct contact with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and review contracts, corporate documents, and legal opinions in Arabic and English
• Conduct legal research on Saudi laws and regulations and prepare clear, practical advice
• Support company formation, licensing, and regulatory filings (MISA, MoC, CMA, and other authorities)
• Assist on transactions, including due diligence and closing documentation
• Manage matter files, deadlines, and client correspondence under supervision

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Laws from a recognised university
• 0–2 years' post-qualification experience in a law firm or legal consultancy
• Saudi law licence
• Strong drafting skills in both Arabic and English
• Sound understanding of Saudi corporate and commercial law
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage several matters at once
