Key Responsibilities
- Support the business development team in promoting company services across relevant markets.
- Assist in identifying potential customers and generating new business leads.
- Help build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Support new customer onboarding and coordinate with internal teams.
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Maintain and update sales activities, follow-ups, and customer data using CRM or internal systems.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with relevant teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Participate in meetings, site visits, and networking activities as required.
- Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, customer service, or a similar role.
- Strong interest in sales, client management, and relationship building.
- Exposure to e-commerce, retail, logistics, or B2B environments is an advantage.
