This role is execution-focused within the Commercial Cards Team, where the analyst will manage CMS migration activities and support the operational setup necessary for regional expansion in Oman, KSA, and Egypt. The position involves ongoing responsibilities in product management and business-as-usual (BAU) activities, specifically aiming for the 2026 goals which include migration to NI Core and enhancements for co-brand initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily CMS migration activities, track actions, coordinate dependencies, and ensure timelines are met.
- Independently execute assigned migration tasks, prepare materials, resolve issues, and follow up with stakeholders to ensure progress.
- Support product and operational setups for regional expansions and conduct readiness activities.
- Provide ongoing product-related and BAU support for Commercial Card Innovation.
- Contribute to the delivery activities, utilizing data and analytics for decision-making and risk assessment.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of commercial card product nuances and operational impacts of product changes.
- Ability to independently manage migration tasks.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills for delivery across teams.
- Proficiency in data and analytics.
- Familiarity with CMS, card platforms, or core processing environments is preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple workstreams across migration, product support, and BAU activities.
- Experience in supporting cross-market initiatives is advantageous.
- 1–3 years of experience in payments, product support, operations, or related migration work.
