Scope of Position
We specialize in customized solutions for the Metals, Energy, and Infrastructure Sectors, with a focus on Integrated and Remote Operations, Digital Twins, AI, Decision Automation, and Autonomous Execution. Our commitment is to help clients invest in digital solutions that enhance safety, optimize industrial operations and maximize productivity through advanced technologies. As a member of our Digital team, you will report directly to the Regional Director – AIM.
Functional Tasks
As a Junior Digital Consultant, you will play a critical role in shaping the digital delivery capabilities in alignment with our business strategy. Your expertise will be vital in developing and deploying effective solutions for real-world industrial challenges.
The specific functional tasks include:
- Collaborating with the AIM Digital Delivery team to foster a high-performance culture through leadership, curiosity about business processes, and a proactive mindset towards future developments.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders both within the organization and with clients, understanding their business requirements, identifying pain points, and proposing tailored solutions.
- Engaging in digital projects, partnering with clients to explore use cases and develop proof points that enhance our digital offerings, adding value and encouraging continuous improvement.
- Providing guidance on various aspects including project scoping, requirement analysis, feasibility assessments, solution development, system integration, user acceptance testing, deployment, and technical support.
Experience and Skills Important for the Role
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related Engineering discipline or a Bachelor’s Degree with Honours in Computer Science or Information Technology; a Master’s Degree is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in process or related industries such as mining and metals, oil & gas, power, water, or transportation.
- Familiarity with business process reengineering, six-sigma methodologies, value management alignment, and change management practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Skills in stakeholder management, with the capability to earn cooperation and respect.
- A proactive attitude, displaying initiative and the ability to create opportunities in a dynamic environment.
- Innovative and results-focused, able to thrive in fast-paced workplaces and tackle complex functional and process challenges collaboratively.
- Willingness to undertake significant travel to client/project sites.
Office Location and Working Hours
- Riyadh
- Working hours are Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
