We are looking for a Junior Creative Program Executive to help develop and define the Binance identity. You will be part of a highly talented team, working to elevate the brand through creative excellence. This position can be fully remote in the Middle East timezone.
Location: UAE, Abu Dhabi
Who may apply: Current university students and recent graduates.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Creative Program Management leads to help manage overall Middle East North Africa (MENA) creative requests.
- End-to-end project management for cross-functional projects.
- Review and ensure quality creative briefs with sufficient turnaround time.
- Develop project plans and timelines, and provide timely project updates.
- Coordinate and collaborate while establishing effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including internal design team and other Marketing team members.
- Support the implementation of operational excellence initiatives to improve workflows, processes, and systems across campaigns and more.
- Collaborate with external creative agencies and production houses to ensure smooth creative process and timely delivery.
Requirements:
- A clear communicator, able to express complex ideas clearly and succinctly.
- Ability to manage requests and projects independently.
- Expertise in Google Workspace is a must.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana is a plus.
- Experience with graphic design and/or video production software (i.e. Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma) is a plus.
- Knowledge and interest in the world of Binance and cryptocurrency is a plus.
- Bilingual in English/Mandarin would be ideal to coordinate with overseas partners.
