As the Junior CRM Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining and administering CRM Software and managing the customer database to ensure the proper functioning of the CRM while maintaining the integrity of the data therein. Role and Responsibilities
Support day-to-day operations of the CRM activity, including:
- Configuring the CRM as per the requirements of relevant stakeholders.
- Creation of customized customer segmentation lists for email/direct mail campaigns as well as reports and analysis.
- Assisting in the preparation of analysis and business reports, including marketing and sales data.
- Responsible for database health and maintenance, including customer data cleansing.
- Supporting the team to ensure the business has a clear understanding of customer behavior.
- Working closely with the Marketing and Sales Team to ensure aspects of the sales process and customer communication are set up and tracked appropriately in the CRM Software.
- Collaborating with the Digital Marketing Lead to execute email marketing campaigns.
- Assisting Sales Managers in rotating prospects among Property Consultants as required.
- Organizing, planning, and producing ad-hoc communications to customers.
- Performing general administrative tasks and providing team support.
Requirements
- Team player with good planning and organizational skills and the ability to manage your own workload.
- Must be quantitatively oriented with a basic knowledge of basic statistics and analytics. A degree in Business, Statistics, or Computer Science Engineering is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Tables, etc.), Word, and PowerPoint is essential.
- Knowledge of SQL and Power BI (or Tableau) is a plus; candidates must be willing to learn quickly if not already familiar.
