Position

The company is looking for an amazingly talented Junior IT Analyst to join our Team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia! In this role, you will respond to and resolve IT support requests from employees or clients, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and provide guidance to users on basic IT-related queries. You will assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software, perform routine system updates and backups, and monitor system performance while reporting any irregularities.

Your responsibilities will also include supporting the setup and maintenance of local area networks (LANs) and wireless networks, troubleshooting connectivity issues, ensuring network security by following established protocols, and maintaining accurate records of IT assets, incidents, and resolutions. You will document processes and procedures for future reference and provide regular updates to senior IT staff on ongoing tasks. Collaboration with the senior IT Team and other departments will be key to addressing technical needs, as well as assisting in the implementation of new IT projects or upgrades. Participation in team meetings and contributing to problem-solving discussions will also be part of your role.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 0 - 3 years of experience.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts (IP addresses, DNS, routers, etc.).
  • Knowledge of common software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
