Junior IT Auditor

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Junior IT Auditor to join our team. This role is responsible for conducting internal audits, monitoring the resolution of outstanding observations, and presenting findings to senior management. Key responsibilities include identifying and evaluating risks, formulating tailored recommendations, and conducting audits to enhance risk mitigation, ensure regulatory compliance, and improve operational efficiency.

Key Accountabilities: - Independently perform technology audits covering Cybersecurity, Data Privacy, Business Continuity, IT Application Controls, IT Planning, Implementation, etc. - Conduct follow-up activities on previously identified observations. - Evaluate control design and operating effectiveness, develop queries or scripts to extract data as needed, and benchmark functions against best practices. - Develop relevant audit programs and procedures, including Risk & Control Matrix (RCM). - Conduct process reviews through stakeholder interviews, data validations, and document analysis.

Qualifications Required: - 0 to 2 years of experience in IT internal auditing. - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. - Experience in fintech, banking, or telecommunications sectors is highly desirable. - Professional certifications such as CompTIA Security+ are preferred.
