Responsibilities - Oversee the planning and execution of construction projects within budget and time constraints. - Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during all stages of construction. - Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. - Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. - Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. - Proven experience in construction management, particularly in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical sectors. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
