Junior IT Support Technician

To install, maintain, repair and service various computer devices, BRS scan guns, and BRS systems used within Emirates Group to maintain the performance levels of the business units. Key responsibilities include conducting site preparation for installations, carrying out infrastructure jobs for desktop and telephone setups, configuring and deploying RF BRS scan guns, performing cyclic maintenance and servicing of BRS equipment, supporting engineers and Sr. Technicians in repairs, and providing second level support on BRS PC scan servers and wired scan guns at the Airport.

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Requirements: - 12 Years schooling or equivalent - Experience: 2 years in Information Technology, Hardware - Hardware knowledge/skills: - Experience in desktop servicing, installation, and cabling of LAN/WAN related networks. - Knowledge of tools such as cable testers, crimping tools, and multi-meters. - Working knowledge of PCs and office tools (e.g., MS Word and Email user support).
