We are looking for a Junior Marketing Data Analyst to support our Snowflake data environment and marketing reporting. Working with the marketing, data, and Risk teams, you will help maintain consistent data across connected systems, prepare analysis, and gradually contribute to predictive modelling projects. Training and guidance will be provided, with responsibilities increasing as your knowledge and practical skills develop.
Key responsibilities
- Support Snowflake connections, integrations, and routine data updates, helping investigate issues with the data team.
- Run and adapt SQL queries to prepare datasets for reporting and analysis.
- Reconcile client records and key measures across Snowflake, Amplitude CDP, and source systems, identifying missing, duplicate, or inconsistent data.
- Coordinate agreed data exchanges with the Data and Risk teams, checking that incoming and outgoing datasets match the required definitions and formats.
- Maintain and update Power BI dashboards, answer routine data requests, and prepare figures and observations for monthly presentations.
- Contribute to supervised predictive modelling experiments, such as exploring the likelihood of clients completing onboarding or making a first deposit.
- Document queries, data checks, and reporting processes so that results can be reviewed and reproduced.
What we are looking for
- A recent graduate in computer science, data analytics, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. Academic projects and internships are welcome.
- Basic SQL skills, working knowledge of Excel, and familiarity with Power BI.
- Attention to detail, logical problem solving, and the ability to explain findings clearly.
- Willingness to learn, collaborate across teams, and seek guidance when needed.
- Python, pandas, and introductory statistics or machine learning experience would be useful. Previous Snowflake experience is helpful but not required.
