Your Responsibilities
- Client Management: Support our consulting team in the care and advisory services for coaching and consulting clients.
- Onboarding New Clients: Assist new clients in the onboarding process to ensure they start confidently and feel secure from the outset.
- Strategy Development: Collaborate on individual online marketing strategies tailored to meet each client’s goals and business model.
- Measure Analysis: Examine existing marketing measures to identify potential improvement areas.
- Lead and Client Acquisition: Assist in implementing strategies for lead generation and client acquisition.
- Meeting Preparation: Prepare for meetings and advisory sessions and actively participate in them.
- Answering Inquiries: Once onboarded, competently and clearly answer our clients' technical questions.
- Progress Documentation: Maintain clear records of client progress and marketing measures implemented to keep everyone informed.

Requirements
- Enthusiasm for Digital Topics: Interest in online marketing, coaching, consulting, and digital business models.
- Initial Marketing Experience (optional): Some knowledge of digital marketing is a plus but not required. Experience from studies, internships, training, or personal projects counts.
- Strong Communication Skills: Approach people openly, listen well, and explain things clearly and understandably.
- Quick Comprehension: Learn rapidly, accept feedback, and continuously seek improvement.
